        Today is National Absinthe Day, let’s share with  you how to enjoy this type of spirit. 
The most traditional way is to place a sugar cube on top of the absinthe spoon and place it on a glass with absinthe. Iced water is then dripped over the sugar cube to mix the water into the absinthe. 
This way could have enhance the flavour of the absinthe and release the aromas.
